Meet Trey Zhou

As a real estate agent with the Gaea Realty and a lifelong student of the real estate market, Trey believes that to guide clients confidently through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, he first needs to deeply understand every detail himself. That’s why he takes a data-driven, analytical approach to real estate—breaking down complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.

Coming from the investment side of real estate, Trey understands the process from both perspectives. Whether you’re buying a home at the best possible value or selling at the peak of the market, his goal is to help you make smart, informed decisions. He specializes in deep-dive market analysis—spending hours every day evaluating new listings, pricing trends, and hidden opportunities to find the right deal within your budget.

Trey graduated from UCSC with a degree in Global Economics and previously worked as an HR Manager in both the medical technology and social media industries. He chose real estate because he has seen firsthand how it can help people build long-term wealth and achieve financial freedom. He truly believes that real estate investing isn’t just for the wealthy—anyone can do it with the right guidance.

Clients often describes Trey as ethical, professional, determined, and focused. Outside of real estate, you’ll find him hiking Mission Peak, playing golf, exploring great food, traveling the world, and laughing as much as possible. Trey’s mission is simple: to make real estate easy to understand and to help people reach their goals and dreams through smart real estate decisions.
